Pax Christi USA seeks Haiti delegation
Pax Christi USA is organizing a delegation to Haiti from April 23-30, 2007. The delegation offers an opportunity to learn about the current social, economic and political situation in Haiti, and the impact of U.S. policies. It is also being designed to learn about Pax Christi Haiti’s work with youth and street children to curb violence, and to deepen our ties of spirituality and solidarity with these Pax Christi partners working to build a culture of peace.

Space on the delegation is limited to better ensure a quality experience. Participation will be by application. Estimated cost is $950, plus airfare, which covers: delegation coordination and preparation, lodging, meals, interpretation, and in-country transportation.

For more information or questions, you can contact Marvin Rodriguez, PCUSA National Organizer, by email: marvin@paxchristiusa.org ; or by phone at 814-453-4955, ext. 228.

Applications to participate in the delegation are due by March 1, 2007.
